General Support

Need help with your account, an order, or something else? Our team is here to assist with any inquiries related to Vallen.ca or your purchasing experience.

Order Status

To view the status of your order, log in to your account and click Orders from the ribbon menu at the top of the page. Then select Order History to see a list of your recent orders.

From the Order History page, you can click on any Order Number (displayed as a hyperlink) to view the full order details. If tracking information is available, you’ll find it on this page.


Account Help

To manage your account, log in and click your My Account icon in the upper right corner. From there, you can update your contact information, change your password, and manage site preferences.

Shipping & Delivery

Vallen offers a variety of shipping methods based on your location, product availability, and shipping preferences set by your organization. Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and may vary by item.
To check the status of an order, log in and go to Orders > Order History. Click the Order Number to view order details, including tracking information (if available).
