MIG welding gun contact tip Bernard style. Premium quality Bernard® style Contact tips 7497 (0.023 inch). Accommodates 0.023 inch (0.6 mm) MIG welding wire. No threads- elliptical shape quickly locks in place with a 1/4 inch turn for quick replacement. Provides adjustable tip to work distance and allows for fast and easy changeover. Have a much longer surface area for electrical and heat transfer than fine threaded tips for extended tip life. Wide variety of standard slip-on nozzles to fit any application. Works with gas diffuser 4435 and 4335 to fit Bernard® Q(TM) and S(TM) MIG guns.
