W-series NEMA-1 Medium windowed utility enclosure made of mild steel. Enclosure is finished with ANSI/ASA 61 textured grey and panel is white heat fused powder paint, electrostatically applied on a pre-treated base. The door can be easily removed and features a window made from self-extinguishing polycarbonate. The enclosures feature die cast hinges, which are bound to the cover by an exclusive concealed hinge pin system. The cover can be removed by unfastening the antivibration lock nuts. Enclosures are closed with a 1/4 turn lock that ensures tight positive closing against cushions. Used where a control installation does not require a high degree of protection (watertight and dust-tight).
