Description
Accident prevention tag with economy polyester. It meets OSHA standard 1910.145 for accident prevention and the 50 lb pull requirement. It is chemically resistant and the textured write-on surface allows for authorized signatures, dates and other special instructions. It feature two chamfered corners and a 3/8 inch grommeted hole. Standard package includes 10 tags and nylon ties.
