Description
HIGH PERFORMANCE™ carbide burr feature precision ground flutes. These flutes are manufactured on five axis CNC fluting machines resulting in precise control of tool geometry. This eliminates chatter and premature wear. With their chisel tooth cutting pattern, double cut carbide burrs produce small distinct granular chips instead of long sharp slivers. This eliminates the loading of the burr’s flutes and minimizes chatter. Double cut carbide burrs are the most popular, smooth cutting style burrs and ideal for use on steel, stainless steel, alloys and exotics.
